Leading players in the international exhibition arena, BolognaFiere and Ipack-Ima Spa, have established a new company with BolognaFiere owning 51% and Ipack-Ima the rest. The new company will take charge of Pharmintech - the exhibition of packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical, personal care and nutraceutical industry.
