As part of restructuring of its functional additives business unit, Arkema has sold two families of additives produced in China to the Hoe Seng Co Pte Ltd group (Singapore). Arkema said that the two product groups - ceramic opacifiers and polyester resin catalysts - accounting for annual sales of the order of Euro 13-mn, were non-strategic.
