Manufacturing Process Scale-up in the Personal Care industry: Problems and Solutions

We all know that developing any new personal or household care product, involves laboratory work. During this early period of product development - whether new or even an improvement on the existing one - all development activities initially revolve around the product development laboratories equipped with basic standard equipment. Small-scale product trials using 500 to 1000 grams quantity is the norm in almost all product development laboratories, to establish the required essential properties in a newly developed product.
