International Conference on 'New Horizons in Biotechnology' held in Trivandrum

An international conference on 'New Horizons in Biotechnology' (NHBT-2007) and the fourth annual convention of the Biotech Research Society, India (BRSI)) was held at Trivandrum during November 26-30,2007. The conference was organized by the National Institute for Interdisciplinary Science and Technology (NIIST), formerly Regional Research Laboratory (RRL), Trivandrum and the BRSI, with Dr. T.K. Chandrasekhar, Director, NIIST as Chairman and Prof. Ashok Pandey, Head, Biotechnology Division, NIIST, as Convener.
