Lease waste/barren land to corporates for jatropha cultivation:SEA

The Solvent Extractors' Association of India(SEA)has urged the government to come out with policy guidelines that will permit the leasing of waste/barren land under the charge of the Government and some of the unused forest land to corporates for setting up jatropha plantations.
