Coromandel Fert,GSFC team up to set up joint venture in Tunisia

Coromandel Fertilizers Ltd (CFL) - a part of the Murugappa Group - and Gujarat State Fertilizer Corporation (GSFC) have signed an agreement with Tunisia's Groupe Chimique Tunisien to set up a joint venture to make phosphoric acid.CFL and GSFC will have 15% each in the joint venture,while the Tunisian company will hold 70%.
