摘要

Steady increase of wear resistance of dies for sheet metal stamping can be achieved by executing of complex measures putting system of press - die - division process in normal state. Among these are associating of working parts material of die to power conditions of stamping and maintenance of a gap size uniform and optimal along a contour of division for real conditions. After that the working surfaces of punch and matrix should be coated selectively by means of electroerosion alloying for formation of layers with physico-mechanical properties and relief appropriate to conditions on contact of the tool and processable workpiece. Under production conditions increase of the achieved wear resistance of die working parts allowed to prolong intervals between regrindings up to 2,5-4,5 times.
