Method and apparatus to measure the phase velocity dispersion of wide-band microwave signals along the atmospheric paths

A direct method of measuring the time delay difference of spectral components of the wide-band microwave signal, propagating in the atmosphere near the earth surface, is described. The structural scheme to implement the method is considered.
