摘要

The process of laser alloying of steels 25KhlM2FTK and 40KhN2MFA was investigated. The technology for hardening the surfaces of workpieces operating at high temperatures in aggressive environments was developed, providing an extension of their service life by a factor of more than 1.2-2. It was established that laser alloying with a mixture of chromium and tungsten carbide powders provided an increase of several times in wear resistance of hypoeutectoid multi-component steels and raises their heat resistance from 400 to about 1000 ℃.
