摘要

Optimal sequence of filler feeding into slag using different types of weighers and the ways of influence on the melting of particles were described. Specific methods of the regulation of electric mode of surfacing by changing the structural parameters of the mold and the depth of active zone of slag pool were noted. It was shown, that it is desirable to use liquid fluxes, having relatively low temperature of melting and viscosity, for electroslag surfacing in current conducting mold. The possibility to use the electroslag technology using current conducting mold for metallurgical processing of non-compact waste into high-qualitative ingots was noted.
