Updating of guiding channel and roller feeding unit in semi-automatic machines for welding aluminium and its alloys

摘要

Approach is offered to the designing of elements of electrode feed system. This approach is based almost completely on the selection of materials operating most effectively in definite units of this system or on the combination of these materials with design solutions on mechanics of motion transmission from rollers to the wire. Described technical solutions and the above-mentioned approach can be widely spread as a whole both in the operating equipment for the mechanized welding of aluminum and also in newly developed semi-automatic machines.
