Straightening of electrode wire in automatic machines

摘要

Types and peculiarities of technological processes of straightening of metallic materials from bundles are described. Designs of straightening frames and difference in their operation are considered. The modified design of the straightening frame is suggested which makes it possible to set different schemes of its adjustment depending on the diameter and type of material to be straightened.
