摘要

Procedures of analytical calculation of some characteristics of reliability of the electrode wire feeding mechanisms in semi-automatic machines for welding, surfacing and cutting, are considered. It is shown that the exponential law ofdistribution of probability of no-failure operation can be used in determination of the main characteristics of reliability. The calculation of reliability characteristics is made for six variants of feeding mechanism. It is shown how the results ofcalculation can be used in design in upgrading of the existing semi-automatic machines. For some new mechanisms of pulse feeding and feeding with planetary rollers, it is proposed to take the electrode wire into account as B conditional assembly of amechanism, in calculation of the reliability.
