摘要

In the article there has been substantiated the urgency of industrial production mastering of monolithic compound material castings with unique properties and multilayer castings with differentiated properties made by investment casting process. The method to receive such castings has been described briefly. Distribution of macroparticles of FeCr intermetallic compound in the casting space along its height has been investigated by metallographic analysis method. Character of the influence of #sigma#-phase on the structure formation of the cast compound material of (Al-FeCr) system has been studied. The main factors have been listed under which effect intermediate zone between different layers of casting with differentiated properties forms. The main directions on the ways of progressive technology creation of compound castings and castings with differentiated properties industrial manufacture by investment casting process have been pointed out.
