Frontiers of Accelerator Science and the Physics of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials

Accelerators, which have developed together with the frontiers of physics, have become familiar to many people. Because they use a combination of sciences and technologies, they incorporate many new ideas and materials. Among their components, magnetic materials such as magnetic RF cores and permanent magnets are widely used. This paper describes some of the applications of such magnetic materials.
