摘要

Computer solution of 2D problem of temperaturefield of a metal particle deposited on a substrate from a hightemperature gas has been carried out with taking into accountthe melt crystallization on substrate surface without obviousphase interface separation. Time-temperature relations in"liquid particle-solid substrate" contact zone for variouscombination of thermal properties of the particles and substratematerials as well as for different sizes of sprayed particles areobtained. Calculation results obtained allow to make aconclusion about a necessity of multidimensional heat transferequation using with regard to melt crystallization on substratesurface for the purpose of temperature value prediction inparticle-substrate contact zone with a high degree of precision.
