摘要

This study is to establish a stable and reliable manufacturing process for electroforming Ni micro-molds of Fresnel lens. The Ni micro-molds were fabricated on the PVC master of the commercial Fresnel plastic lens in the nickel sulfamate bath. The process variables; such as temperature, pH value, virtual-cathode, electron density, and duration, have significant effects on the deposition rate, surface roughness, precision, and salt bath life. The macro-morphologies and hardness were examined by optical microscope (OM) and Vickers hardness tester, respectively. The properties of focus measurements of the lens by laser system of the Fresnel plastic lens obtained from the Ni micro-mold was compared with those of the master.
