High functional characteristics of micro-bubblesand water purification effect using the techniques of the bubble areinvestigated. Two types of micro-bubble generator are useful tocontrol the generation of plant plankton and cut off the planktonflowing for downstream in the surface layer of dam lake. Further,the bleeding conditions of oyster raised by injection of the micro-bubble are investigated in Hiroshima Bay. It was clear that micro-bubbles supply at regular intervals help a remarkable growth ofraising oyster. These effects associate with the high functionalchemicophysical characteristics of micro-bubbles having diameterabout 10~30 #mu#m.
