摘要

Adhesive properties of film-laminated steel sheet were examined by changing compositions of the primer in order to develop a new steel sheet having high resistance to both heat food stains .The highest adhesion was found between PFA and primer on the steel sheet when the hydrophilic pigment was added to FEP/PES primer. Spectroscopic observation showed that FEP is gradient dispersed due to the hydrophilic properties of the pigment. This behavior gives the rise of interfacial strength between layers. The resulting PFA film showed high peel strength even after the material was exposed to steam. By the increase in the viscosity of the primer, the addition of hydrophilic extender pigment also suppressed the lifting of film after the lamination .The suppression reduces the incohesive area to result in large decrease in the bister caused by food stains
