摘要

As a result of comparison of the mortar properties of slowly cooled blast furnace slag cement (CFSC) of 32.5N/mm~2 grade with ordinary portalnd cement (OPC) and limestone blended portald cement (LSPC), the following results were obtained. (1) The deterioration of flow value aging of CFSC was smaller than that of OPC or LSPC. (2) The compressive strength of SCSC was nearly equal to that of LSPC. (3) The length change of CFSC was smaller than that of OPC and larger than that of LSPC. (4) CFSC was resistant to neutralization compared with LSPC. As a result of examination on ecological effect in cement manufacturing, the carbon discharge unit value in manufacturing CFSC was equal to the of LSPC. On the other hand, according to the estimation of limestone quantity used for manufacturing 1 ton of cement, it was proven that CFSC was able to reduce it by a large margin compared with both LSPC and OPC.
