摘要

The paper devoted to the 80th anniversary of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine embraces brief information on the history of the Institute of Plant Physiology and Genetics, its structure and staff, development of trends of scientific researches, basic achievements of departments which are engaged in scientific activity of the Institute this jubilee year.
