摘要

The flavonoids composition of Potentilla fruticosa L. leaves at different age states - shoots (p), immature (im), virginal (v), young generative (g(1)), middle-aged generative (g(2)), old generative (g(3)) - has been determined. Fifteen compounds were isolated from P. fruticosa leaves. Six of them were identified: quercetin-3-galactoside, quercetin-3-glucoside, quereetin-3-rhamnoside, kaempferol-3-glucoside, quercetin, kaempferol. It was established that the content of flavonols (in the sum, on groups and separate components) depends on the age changes though the qualitative structure remains constant. Flavonols, in particular glycosides, accumulate in younger plants P. fruticosa, excepting shoots and in old generative individuals. Aglycones content in contrast with glycosides increases with the plants age reaching maximum in middle-aged plants (g(2)).
