50kg-class satellite can reduce production cost and time compared to usually satellite. However, 50kg-class satellite causes communication methods and RF communication capacity is limited. Communication capacity can be improved by using optical communication links. Ground-to-satellite communication links are currently no restriction to the Radio Law and Launch schedule can be shortened by eliminating the need for international frequency coordination.
