摘要

This paper describes a new method for direction of arrival (DOA) estimation using nonlinear microphone array based on an online algorithm. Nonlinear microphone array system is based on two types of beam-formers designed to obtain complementary directivity patterns with respect to each other. Since LMS method is applied to the optimization procedure of nonlinear microphone array, the proposed method can estimate DOAs even when the number of moving sound sources is equal to or exceeds that of microphones. DOA estimation experiments are performed using computer simulation. The results reveal that the proposed method can estimate DOAs of 2 moving sound sources with 2-element microphone array.
