摘要

It is so important activity for us to acquire our positions in dairy life. We always confirm the position information in surroundings outside on our activities. This study aims to construct an indoor personal navigation system by using infrared communication. Characteristics of the system are 1) to realize a navigation like GPS indoors, 2) to use the infrared communication which does not influence human beings and other precision equipments, 3) to present a personal navigation information. This paper investigates infrared data communication in the system. And communication methods, data formats and system constructions of each equipment are proposed.
