Development of High Efficiency Air-Cooled Type/Heat Pump Type Screw Chilling Unit Operating with R407C

摘要

From the points of HCFC refrigerant reduction and CO{sub}2 gas exhaust restriction, the HITACHI new air-cooled water chilling units and air-to-heat pump chilling units adopting R 407C has been developed for the purpose of energy saving and compactness for the refurbishment market. By adopting for new highly efficient compressors and improving refrigerant cycle efficiency, a new chilling unit has achieved the top COP of 3.4 in the refrigerating industry.
