摘要

A new manufacturing technology of the seam welded copper tube with inner groove has been investigated. The cracking of surrounding weld part by burst pressure test solved manufacturing taper to the edges of embossing roll. The second problem is that the weld part becomes hollow at reducing step. This problem deal with that side roll accompany with embossing roll was having curve. The third problem is that the waving form of the both embossed strip edges at embossing. It is that processing projection, such as connecting the end of other fins, to embossing roll. The forth problem is that the crack of specific spot by flaring test. It is solved that improving the fin and bottom thickness of surrounding edge of embossed strip.
