The multi-beam APAA is modeled and the nonlinear distortion is calculated toward the radiation of a beam. The distortion is calculated as a parameter of the number of the antennas and beams etc. As a results, the distortion toward the radiation of the beam is less than the distortion at the output port of the amplifiers when the each beam is radiated toward the different directions. The noise power ratio (NPR) of the 2 beams APAA with 256 element antennas is improved 1.3dB in the range of the beam separation angle of more than O.Sdeg, At the same value of NPR, the power added efficiency is increased 2.4% in the range of the beam separation angle of more than 0.5deg. This reduction of the distortion is effective to reduce the power consumption and the distortion of the power amplifiers.
