摘要

The NH_3 ESP outlet flue gas analyzer wasassumed not to be applicable to an NH_3 injection feedbackcontrol. Because it has a late response to changing boiler loadand NH_3 concentration in flue gas, and due to decreasedanalysis accuracy in operation. MHI and Shimazu Corporation,the manufacturer of the gas analyzer, clarified that the gassampling probe caused the problem, and have been developing anew probe. Based on field tests, we confirmed that the newprobe improves response time and analyzer accuracy. We alsodeveloped new feedback control for NH_3 ESP gas injection forusing the new probe. The first system was delivered to TokyoElectric Power Company, and is currently operating without problems.
