摘要

An elasto-plastic finite element analysis has been performed toestimate the curvature and internal stress of a cold rolled steelstrip, passing through a roller leveler. In the analysis, planestrain assumption was adopted. Strip regions were divided into finiteelement meshes in longitudinal and thickness directions andnon-steady boundary conditions were applied. Thus, there wasestablished a simulation model for calculating, the process ofleveling, while judging, the contact of a steel strip with rolls. Theeffects of leveller rolling conditions on curvature and residualstress were studied.
