摘要

Using the model earlier proposed by the authors, the irradiation effect on the temperature dependence of the crack propagation resistance of steel 15Kh2MFA under brittle fracture conditions. The paper analyzes the effects of irradiation and content of phosphorus and copper on the brittle fracture crack propagation resistance. It is shown that a probabilistic model based on the new formulation of the brittle fracture criterion allows to provide adequate prediction of the irradiation effect on the crack propagation resistance of reactor pressure-vessel (RPV) steels. We discuss the applicability of alternative models for the prediction of crack propagation resistance.
