The sight handicapped student new adoption system of the enterprise and the seeking a job activities of the sight handicapped student

It isn't easy for a sight handicapped student to get a job as a regular employee to the general enterprise. Specially, there are various barriers the enterprise which has never accepted a sight handicapped student to accept it. The main subject was not the student side of seeking a job, but it was analyzed with the position on the adoption side. First, it was examined what kind of decision a general enterprise did on the occasion of the adoption of the sight handicapped student. The main subject proposes the seeking a job activities which a sight handicapped student should grapple with based on the decision of that enterprise.
