摘要

The medical US probes have been tested in the production process and clinical process using the acoustic power test or clinical image test that are common testing methods in US probe field. However, these methods have well known limitations, such as, low relationship with diagnosed result image and difficult to find the potentialities of probe damage. In this paper, we propose a simple acoustic field pattern analysis protocol for US probe testing by probe channel divisions to overcome these common used methods and to propose an improved test method. For this study, three types of clinical experiment and two simulations are performed that proposed method, acoustic power measurement and clinical image test. Finally, we compared with proposed method and common used method to prove our method is more useful for US probe test. As a result, we show that an analysis of acoustic field pattern measurement by channel division is one of attractive test method for US probe testing.
