摘要

To improve 3CC sub-surface inclusions 1) Ladle slag inclusion is prevented by decreasing inflow of ladle slag into TD. 2) Nozzle adhesion inclusion is prevented by decreasing the suction between middle nozzle and SEM. 3) Mold powder inclusion is prevented by changing the shape of the SEM. 4) Refractory inclusions are prevented by decreasing powder fluorine. Further quality improvement will be executed; mold powder and other inclusion defect will be eliminated in the future.
