Anomalous angular dependence of exchange bias in ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic bilayers without field-cooling procedures

摘要

Recently, the motivations for the studies on exchange bias (EB) mainly concern the possible applications of ferromagnetic (FM)/antiferromagnetic (AFM) bilayers in the field of magnetic recording and for the development of giant and tunneling magnetoresistance devices. Meanwhile, angular dependence of exchange bias (ADEB) is very informative as regards understanding the nature of EB and can also provide an independent test for the validity of the existing models.
