摘要

In case of IPMSM, harmonic components of flux density waveform are much bigger than other machine types. Therefore, it is very important to calculate iron loss in high speed region exactly. In this paper, iron loss analysis of IPMSM considering driving condition is presented. Especially, iron loss developed in the rotor core is also presented and the analysis result is analysed. It can be shown that the result of this paper is very helpful to more exact thermal analysis and design to cope with demagnetization of permanent magnet in rotor core.
