A progress in conception of electro-physical processes during production of spark-eroded micro- and nanoparticlex due to electrical-spark dispersion of metal granular layer (J - 20 mm) in liquid is achieved. The method for generation of multi-channel spark discharges between current-conducting granules is grounded. The algorithms for pulse-frequency and amplitude control of parameters of Ihyrislor discharge pulse generator are developed. The method for mode stabilization of spark-eroded dispersion ofgranules owing to using of feedback couplings between electrical and technological parameters of spark-erosion installations has been refined. The technological system for spark-erosion dispersion of metal granular layer (with total mass I 0 - 1 (V1 g) is created. The modes of high-yield ( > L kg/ h) spark-erosion dispersion ofgranules of Fe, Ni. Al, PtRoZr. TiZrNi, FeSiBand NijMnGain different liquids are studied.
