Internal Friction Method in the Study of Alloy Ageing Kinetics

摘要

An analysis of damping decrement (by the amplitude-dependent internal friction method) and elasticity modulus (by the amplitude-independent internal friction method) is shown to be an effective tool in the structural study of aging alloys. An advantage of the developed techniques is the small number of specimens required for testing.
