Application of the RPA method for continuous potassium concentration measurement in the process of potash fertilizer manufacture

摘要

When manufacturing potash fertilizers it is important to measure KCl mass fraction at flotation enrichment stage and at finished stage. With this in view KCl samples are studied out and spectral lines superposition is analyzed. The appropriate algorithms of spectra processing are received. The comparative analysis is executed. Results of the analysis confirm its efficiency.
