Determination of elements low contents in natural and technological objects by X-ray 'SPECTROSCAN MAX' devices

Analytical parameters of serial domestic desktop crystal-diffraction (wave dispersion) scanning spectrometers "Spectroscan Max" are considered. The basic analytical results received in the process of determining low contents of metals in drinking and waste waters, gold in ores and secondary raw material (an electronic breakage), and also metals in mineral oil and mineral lubricant oils are presented. It is shown, that the developed techniques provide a level of errors, corresponding to the working state and documents regulating accuracy of the element analysis.
