摘要

The dynamics of nitrogen oxide emission from peat soils in the title area of the Moscow region, Russia, were studied. The dependence between the emission of greenhouse gases and the duration of cultivation of peat soils was observed. Low rates of CO2, CH4, and N2O emissions are typical of peat soils with the longest period of cultivation (more than 80 years), whereas maximum emissions of greenhouse gases are typical of peat soil at the beginning of their cultivation. The highest rates of emission and sinks of greenhouse gases were registered in late June and early August.
