摘要

It is shown that physical characteristics of materials on the basis of alkali metal niobates-tantalates are largely determined by the peculiarities of defect formation in various sublattices of the structure which are formed already at the stages of charge preparation and single crystal growth. A purposeful harnessing of the effects of structural disordering during the synthesis of complex ferroelectric systems with perovskite and pseudoilmenite structures on the basis of alkali metal niobates-tantalates permits to obtain materials with fundamentally new properties on the basis of the already available technologies.
