海底熱水鉱床周辺域に生息する熱水性生物·非熱水性生物の分布特性

Remotely-Operated Vehicle and Human-Occupied Vehicle are effective in the execution of the seafloor study and work. We were able to obtain information on geological features and the distribu-tion of organism from the image analysis. The image analysis, the gene analysis, the chemical composi-tion analysis, and the hot-water analysis are very important. We report on the distribution situation of hydrothermal-vent and nonthermal-vent creatures living the area of seafloor massive surfide.
