摘要

Ink-jet printed (IJP) self-aligned (SA) organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) and flexiblelaminated OLEDs have introduced. First, we investigated multicolor SA-OLED using smallmolecular electrophosporescent material. Where, a insulating material is dissolved into a solvent,and a mixture of organic materials is formed at the same position as that of the ink-jet-printedregion. Second, a light-emitting seal using self-aligned organic light emitting diode and laminateprocess has proposed and demonstrated. A cathode electrode is laminated onto above IJPstructure. Merits of this device are simple fabrication without photolithographic process and anyvacuum process during the device fabrication, and therefore, lower cost. Maximum luminanceobtained was 6,160 cd/m~2and uniform emission of 20 × 80 mm~2 could be obtained. By combing aprinted non-contact electromagnetic electric supply, ultrathin flexible emission poster withoutelectric supply line will be realized.
