Voltage Balancer for Energy Storage with Electric Double Layer Capacitor

摘要

In the present paper, a system regulating voltage for EDLC modules is produced and evaluated. The results confirm that a system regulating the energy is effective for a storage devise with a number of EDLCs. These results can be summarized as follows:(1) The system can balance the voltage in any situation, for example charge, discharge, and holding.(2) The system is effective in energy loss as compared with an usual balancer.
