The main problems of low-altitude orbit spaceraft's electrical polarization are considered.These problems include outcomes of researches of the upper Earth's ionosphere's structure,methods of calculation of electrophysical characteristics of spacecraft constructional materials,and the recommendations on softening deleterious effects,connected to charge-discharge processes.
