摘要

The author describes the measures undertaken by the leadership of the works during hard years of transition to market relations. The principles of social and economical policy of the enterprise are described. The prospects of agrotechnical corporation established lately on the base of Stoilenskii mining and concentration works and led now by F.I. Klyuka, are noted.
