Contribution of matched pairs of thermometers to the uncertainty of thermal power determination by a commercial metering unit

Estimation of the contribution of individual and matched pairs of resistance thermometers to the uncertainty of thermal power determination by a metering unit is presented. The criteria of selection of domestic mass-produced matched pairs ofresistance thermometers are given, and the existing approach to the formation of the matched pair is analyzed. The metrological requirements, rules and programm for selecting of the matched pairs on the basis of the criterion different from the existingone, are stated.
