Methodical error of the distance gauge on base of frequency-modulated range finder with weight smoothings of a discrete error

The potential opportunities of a weight method of smoothing of a discrete error of the distance gauge on base of frequency-modulated range finder are considered. The exact analytical expressions for an error of measurement are obtained with usage of weight function of an arbitrary type, For some particular cases the concrete quantitative accounts are executed and the comparison of the results with theoretical estimations, available in the literature, and estimations of an error found with the help of computer modeling is made.
