Synthesis and analysis of the system of metrological assurance of production

摘要

The object, the subject and the purpose of metrological assurance, its component parts and methodology are considered. Mathematical description of accuracy and trueness assurance of measurements and tests, and uniformaty of measurements areexposed. Criteria of estimation of alternative variants of the system of measurement, control and test are suggested.
